Characterization, Kinetic Using Deconvolution Techniques and Thermodynamic Study of Synthetic MgHPO4·3H2O

چکیده

MgHPO4·3H2O was synthesized via a simple wet reaction and transformed to its final decomposed product, Mg2P2O7 at 873 K. The thermal properties, vibrational modes of block units, solid phases the synthetic compounds have been investigated by TG/DTG/DTA, FTIR, XRD techniques. temperature dependence thermodynamic properties estimated from DSC data occurred in two regions (before after dehydration reaction) indicating characteristic prepared sample. reactions 3.5 mol water molecules structure overlapped 363–823 K showed phase transition 921 as revealed TG/DTG/DTA. deconvolution technique using newly modified co-mathematical functions used separate steps DTG curve, which obtained three steps. Only first second were kinetic triplet parameters (Ea, A, model), indicate single mechanism with A1.25 model multi-step parallel A1.6 model, respectively. kinetics thermodynamics play key points theoretical study, application development, industrial production magnesium phosphates basis.
